Partner Agreement.

1. What this is

This agreement governs the Nano Aminos partner (affiliate) program. It takes effect when we issue you a code and you first share it. We may update it with 14 days’ notice by email; continuing to share your code after that means you accept the update.

2. Your code and how orders are attributed

• We issue you a unique discount code. It is yours alone and must not be posted to coupon-aggregator or deal sites.
• An order is attributed to you when your code is applied at checkout, or when the customer arrives via your share link within the 30-day attribution window and completes an order.
• Your code cannot be combined with other coupons. It does stack with our automatic multi-vial pricing, so your audience keeps the bundle discount.
• If two partner codes could apply, the one actually used at checkout wins.

3. Commission

• Your rate is agreed in writing before your code goes live. Rates are set per partner and are confidential.
• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after all discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and handling.
• Commission accrues when an order reaches Processing or Completed.

4. Holds, refunds and payment

• Commission is held for 30 days from the order date to cover our return window.
• Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back are removed from your balance before payout. Partially refunded orders are reviewed case by case.
• Payouts run monthly, with a $50 minimum; balances below that roll to the next month.
• Payment is by ACH or cheque. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes. US partners paid $600 or more in a calendar year must supply a W-9.

5. Self-referral and fraud

• You may not use your own code on your own orders, or on orders you fund for others.
• No cookie-stuffing, typosquatting, or bidding on “Nano Aminos” or misspellings of it in paid search.
• No unsolicited email or SMS, and no posting your code where it will be scraped.
• We may void commission and terminate immediately for any of the above.

6. Content and claims

Nano Aminos products are research chemicals sold for laboratory use only. Under Section 5 of the FTC Act, claims made by a partner about our products can be attributed to us. Accordingly:

You must not:

• Describe, recommend or imply human use, dosing, routes of administration, or protocols.
• Make or imply weight-loss, muscle-gain, healing, longevity, cosmetic or performance claims.
• State or imply that any product treats, prevents, cures, mitigates or diagnoses any condition.
• Use “pharmaceutical grade”, “medical grade”, “clinically proven”, “FDA approved” or “prescription equivalent”.
• Share personal-experience or testimonial content that involves taking a product.
• Present our products alongside prescription drugs in a way that implies equivalence.
• Target minors, or audiences primarily seeking weight-loss or medical outcomes.

You must:

• Disclose the paid relationship clearly and conspicuously on every piece of content — #ad, “paid partnership” or equivalent, visible without clicking “more”. Bio-only disclosure is not sufficient.
• Carry the research-use-only framing wherever you describe a product.
• Link to our product pages rather than restating specifications from memory.
• Send us content for review on request, and correct or remove flagged content within 5 business days.

Enforcement. A first violation gets a fix request. Repeat or serious violations end the partnership and forfeit unpaid commission.

7. Brand use

You may use the Nano Aminos name and logo to promote us, unmodified, from assets we supply. You may not register domains, social handles or ad accounts containing our name, or imply you speak for Nano Aminos. This licence ends when the partnership does.

8. Ending it

Either side may end this at any time, for any reason, with written notice. On termination we pay commission already accrued and past its hold, unless termination was for a breach of sections 5 or 6. Your code is deactivated immediately.

9. Limitations

We do not guarantee any level of sales, traffic or earnings. Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.
