Nano Aminos is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted for products purchased through our website.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of research-grade products, only unopened, unused, and unaltered products are eligible for return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact. Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored is not eligible for return.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after that period cannot be accepted. Nano Aminos reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products

• Products with broken seals or altered packaging

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

• Clearance or final sale items, where applicable

These restrictions are in place to protect product integrity and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Customers must obtain approval before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Instructions for authorized returns will be provided after review of the request.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, Nano Aminos will notify the customer of approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding original shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible unopened products, subject to availability. If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if an incorrect item was sent, you must notify Nano Aminos within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Supporting documentation, such as photos of the package and product, may be required to assess the issue.

Nano Aminos will review such cases individually and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, returned due to failed delivery attempts, or rejected by customs may be subject to restocking fees or return shipping deductions. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting these costs.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Nano Aminos may delay resolution. We encourage customers to address concerns directly so we can assist efficiently and fairly.

Policy Updates

Nano Aminos reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy prior to making a purchase.

Where Nano Aminos offers a discount, promotional code or volume pricing, the following terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service. Promotional terms are part of the offer, and placing an order using a discount constitutes acceptance of them.

Volume pricing on multiple vials

Multi-vial pricing is applied automatically in the cart and requires no code: two vials of the same product receive 10% off, and three or more vials of the same product receive 15% off. The discount applies to the vial price only. It does not apply to shipping, taxes or handling, and it is calculated on the quantity of a single product rather than across different products.

Promotional and partner codes

Discount codes are single-use per order unless the offer states otherwise, and only one code may be applied to an order. Codes issued under our partner programme cannot be combined with any other promotional code, but they do apply on top of the automatic multi-vial pricing above. Discount codes cannot be applied to a Customize Box. Box pricing replaces both discount codes and the automatic multi-vial pricing. Free-shipping codes still apply, and every box ships free. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed, and cannot be used on a purchase made by the partner who issued them.

Institutional and volume-account pricing

Separately from the automatic multi-vial pricing above, discount tiers are available to verified institutional accounts, which you can apply for on our Open an Account page. These tiers are indicative, are applied against catalogue list pricing, and are assessed on the value of a single order:

These tiers are not applied automatically at checkout. They require a verified institutional account, and access to them follows a credentialing review; net terms and purchase-order billing are available only to accounts approved through that review. Custom quantities and standing-order pricing are quoted per programme. Institutional pricing is agreed in writing for each account and supersedes the automatic multi-vial pricing and any promotional code, unless that account’s written terms state otherwise. Nano Aminos may revise or withdraw indicative tiers at any time; the price that applies to an order is the one confirmed in writing for that account.

Eligibility, duration and withdrawal

Every promotion is subject to product availability and to the eligibility conditions stated with the offer, which may include a minimum order value, named products, a stated end date, or a limit on the number of uses. Promotions are not retroactive and cannot be applied to a completed order. Nano Aminos may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, and may decline or cancel any order where a code has been obtained, duplicated, resold or used in a manner the offer did not intend.

Returns on discounted orders

Where an order placed under a promotion is returned, the refund is the amount actually paid after the discount, not the undiscounted list price. If a return brings the remaining order below the threshold that qualified it for a discount, the discount is recalculated against the items kept and the difference is deducted from the refund.
